These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products

The Coocoat is a USB-powered (5V) heated shawl. A power bank is not included unless you add the Power Bank option. Product photos are as accurate as possible; small color differences may occur depending on your screen.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery is free. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.

4. Orders and payment

You order by choosing your items on the page and paying in the secure checkout provided by Whop. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and you receive a confirmation by email.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, extended to 30 days by our money-back guarantee. Details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

8. Safe use

Use only with a standard 5V USB power source, follow the care label and do not use while sleeping or on people who cannot remove it themselves.

9. Disputes
