This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our site and buy from us, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect and why
- Orders: your name, email, shipping address and order details (items, colors). We use them to process, ship and support your order, and to meet our accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
- Payment: payments are handled by our payment provider Whop, inside a secure checkout window on our page. We never see or store your full card details. Whop processes your data under its own privacy policy.
- Delivery estimate: when you visit the page, your approximate city is estimated from your IP address through the service geojs.io, only to show a delivery date. This estimate is not stored by us.
- Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Contact: when you email us, we keep your messages to answer you.
Cookies and storage
Advertising measurement (TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel): only if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner, we use the TikTok Pixel and the Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram) to measure how our ads perform (page views, checkout started, purchase and its amount). TikTok and Meta may set cookies and receive your IP address and browser information for this purpose. Legal basis: your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of our page. Your choice is kept in your browser.
Without your consent, no advertising cookie is set. Our page also keeps a small note in your browser for the current visit (for example, that you closed a pop-up). The Whop checkout may use the cookies it needs to process your payment securely.
How long we keep data
Order data is kept for as long as needed for the order and support, then for 10 years for accounting records as required by law. Contact messages are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange.
Who receives your data
Only the providers that help us run the shop: our payment provider (Whop), our shipping carriers, our hosting provider and, if you accept cookies, TikTok and Meta for ad measurement. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or limit its use, by emailing contact@coocoat.com. You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
