30-day money-back guarantee
If your Coocoat is not everything you hoped for, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. We refund the full price of the returned items.
Your legal right of withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer in the EU you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends this period; it does not reduce your legal rights.
How to return
- Email our team with your order email and the items you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be returned in good condition, with all their parts.
Refunds
Once we receive the return, we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
Faulty items and legal warranty
Every Coocoat is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). If your item stops working or is faulty, contact us: we will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the shipping costs.
Bundles and add-ons
Each item of a Duo Bundle can be returned. If only one shawl of a Duo is returned, we refund the bundle price minus the regular price of the shawl you keep.
