Shipping Policy

Free tracked delivery

Shipping is free on every order. Every parcel is tracked, and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 7 days of purchase (business days may vary slightly on public holidays). The delivery date shown on the product page is an estimate.

Where we ship

We currently ship to metropolitan France. If you are outside this area, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can correct it as long as the parcel has not shipped yet.

Late or missing parcel

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days, or tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us. We will look into it with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Damaged parcel

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost.
